Follow these steps to set up 71IPTV on your device in minutes:
Step 1: Subscribe & Get Your Credentials
Choose a plan on our pricing page and complete checkout. You will receive an email with your username, password, and server URL within minutes.
Step 2: Download an IPTV Player App
Install one of the recommended IPTV player applications on your device. We recommend:
- TiviMate — Best for Android TV, Fire TV Stick, and Android devices
- IPTV Smarters Pro — Works on Android, iOS, Smart TV, and Windows
- VLC Media Player — Free option for Windows and Mac computers
- GSE Smart IPTV — Good option for iPhone and iPad users
Step 3: Enter Your Subscription Info
Open the player app, go to Settings or Add Playlist, and enter the server URL, username, and password from your welcome email. Select "Xtream Codes API" as the login method if available.
Step 4: Start Watching!
Once connected, you'll see the full channel list organized by category. Browse, pick a channel, and enjoy live TV in HD!

Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing issues, try these common solutions:
Buffering or Freezing
- Check your internet speed at speedtest.net — minimum 10 Mbps recommended.
- Switch to a different server/line if your player offers multiple options.
- Lower the stream quality from HD to SD temporarily.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi for better stability.
- Restart your router and streaming device.
- Close other apps or devices that may be consuming bandwidth.
Cannot Connect or Login Failed
- Double-check your username, password, and server URL from the welcome email.
- Make sure you selected the correct login method (Xtream Codes API).
- Verify your subscription is active and has not expired.
- Try a different IPTV player app to rule out app-specific issues.
- Restart the player app or reinstall it.
No Channels Loading or Black Screen
- Wait 10-15 seconds for the channel list to load — large playlists take time.
- Try switching to a different channel to see if the issue is channel-specific.
- Clear the player app's cache and restart.
- Check if your device's date and time settings are correct.
EPG (Electronic Program Guide) Not Showing
- Make sure "EPG" or "Program Guide" is enabled in your player settings.
- Wait for the EPG data to fully download (can take a few minutes on first load).
- Try refreshing/updating the EPG data manually in settings.
